There is nothing to install. You need a web browser and about an hour to enter your rooms and rates.
Create the account
Enter your hotel name and email address. We send a six-digit code to confirm the address.
Add rooms and rates
Enter your room types, room numbers and prices, then give each member of staff a login.
Use it for 15 days
Everything is unlocked during the trial. Choose a plan before it ends and your data carries on as it is.

Common questions
What happens when the trial ends?
The account is paused until you choose a plan. Your bookings, guests and settings stay as they are, and you continue where you left off once the plan is active.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Tekdot PMS runs in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet.
We have more than one property. Is that possible?
Yes. You can add several properties to one account and switch between them from the top bar.
How many staff logins can we have?
There is no limit. You decide what each role can see, for example the restaurant cashier only sees the point of sale.
Who can see our data?
Only the people you give a login to. Each hotel's records are kept separate from every other account, and the site runs over HTTPS.
How do we pay?
Inside the app, open Plan & Billing and choose monthly, yearly or a one-time licence. We reply with payment details and switch the plan on once payment arrives.
